The Pavillion of Ottawa is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health to provide care for 135 skilled residents. It is the policy of Pavilion of Ottawa to admit and treat all residents (patients) without regard to race, color, creed, or national origin. Memory Lane, located right off of Main Street, is our secure center for Memory Care. The Center's breathtaking design was inspired by nature and incorporates design features tailored specifically to individuals who are in their early stages of Dementia.
