Accommodations & Services
Pavilion of Ottawa has 6 separate "neighborhoods" that are based on different levels of care. Two of these neighborhoods are dedicated to our Therapy Programs and are for our guests who are rehabbing and returning home. Another two of our neighborhoods are for individuals needing long-term care, and the last two neighborhoods are for those individuals needing memory support care.
Because we care for people in all walks of life, we find that our guests and residents benefit from being in these different neighborhoods. Individuals who are here to receive Therapy can help motivate and encourage one another throughout their rehabilitative stay as they work towards their goals. Those who are here for long-term care have different priorities and may spend their time going to daily events, and investing time in new friendships. Anyone who is in need of memory care will benefit from being in neighborhoods with a larger amount of staff who are specialty trained in dementia care.
Each neighborhood has its own Personal Dining Room for a more intimate, restaurant-style dining experience. All meals are prepared fresh each day by our very own chef. Family and friends are encouraged to come and dine with their loved ones!
Pavilion of Ottawa has Private Suites & Companion Suites available in each of our neighborhoods. As you walk up and down the halls you will notice the wall color, bedding, and fabrics all differ room to room for a more personalized touch.
All of our Suites are handicap accessible with a window view and come with their own complete full bathroom, flat screen television with satellite, wi-fi access, and personalized climate control. These accomodations, in addition to all levels of care, meals, laundry, housekeeping, and transportation services are included in our daily rate. Because the Pavilion of Ottawa is all on one level, our residents and guests benefit by having direct access to the many outdoor areas. We have two courtyards, one is open and the other enclosed, as well as a fenced-in patio area, garden, and front porch seating. When the weather is nice there are many outdoor spaces where you can lounge and soak in the sun!
Our concierge is here to help personalize the delivery of services to meet the specific needs of each individual, while proactively anticipating their needs so a solution can be offered before being requested. Need help setting up an appointment, arranging transportation, or have a special request? Let our concierge assist you with anything you should need during your stay!
Complimentary transportation is provided to all residents for any local doctor appointments. We will provide assistance to therapy patients in scheduling follow-up orthopedic appointments in the surrounding areas. Upon your arrival to our rehabilitation resort, should you need transportation, please contact us to make arrangements.
