To start it off we will be having our
“Let’s Honor Mom”
Cookie and Balloon Sale
Balloon Bouquet or Cookie Bouquet
$10.00 each
All orders are to be in and paid for before May 8th, 2018
Then we will be holding our
Annual Mother’s Day Tea
On Friday, May 11th at 2:30pm.
Reservations are needed no later than May 3rd, 2018
and due to limited space we have to ask that only
one guest per resident attend please.
On June 2nd, 2018 we will be holding a very special fundraiser.
We will be offering a Professional
Family Photo Shoot for you and your loved ones.
There will be a non-refundable sitting fee due at the time of
scheduling and you will receive your photos digitally with a
Photo copyright print release form.
. Reservations are needed and appointments are in
30 minute increments. All the money will then be divided between the Activity Department and the Alzheimer’s Association
Then we will be holding the
“The Man The Myth The Legend”
Fathers Day Cookie Bouquet or Balloon Bouquet Sale

and all orders and money are due before June 12th, 2018
On Saturday June 9th we will be having our
Annual Pavilion of Ottawa Senior Prom
The event will start at 6:00pm
If you would like to attend with your loved one, please
RSVP on or before Friday June 1st, 2018.
Due to very limited space we have to ask that only
one guest per resident attend please.
On Friday, June 15th we are hosting our
Annual Father’s Day Cookout At 2:30pm
Please RSVP before Friday June 8th, 2018
On July 14th, 2018 you and your loved ones are invited to our
Family Picnic and Alzheimer’s Fundraising Event.
We will be having a 50/50 Drawing, Bake Sale, Basket Raffles, Face Painting, and so much more
All proceeds from this event will be going towards the
Alzheimer’s Association
and the
Illinois Valley Alzheimer’s Association
On August 18, 2018 we will be participating in the Illinois Valley Alzheimer's 5k Run/Walk in LaSalle
And on September 8th, 2018 we will be walking in the Alzheimer’s Walk in Downtown Ottawa

On September 23rd, 2018 we will be hosting our
2nd Annual Pavilion of Ottawa Car Show.

The cost will be $10.00 per entry.
All money benefits the Resident Activity Fund
We will also be selling t-shirts for the Alzheimer’s Walk and the
